Student projects
Most of my students have caught on to the importance of using social media in the media industry. They are blogging, tweeting and wiki-ing (not a word) on a regular bases. At first, many complained about having to post to each of these, but they have come to realize that all three are very important. Furthermore, if they work in the PR industry, they will report to many more social networking outlets.

Why did you leave out MySpace? Are you hating on MySpace, or quietly embarrassed that you have/had one? It's okay if you still have your MySpace page up, I won't judge. ;-D
I still have one. I've found that college students don't use Myspace anymore. It is more for high school students.
